I have recently purchased a Pleo (http://www.pleoworld.com), which is an artificially intelligent robot baby camarasaurus. Retail $350 online. Well, I am hooked...dammit! I love this damn thing! I just got my second one. Now, remember that I am a writer who also writes dialog for virtual characters and imagination is a necessity here, so I am allowed (I guess) to be a little "different". The question is whether my bonding to Jaam Peeti and his new sister Dhauumi Ti, is inherently a sign of my dysfunctional side? Hmmm... Whatever. I am betting that Robert Scoble (and a few of my techie and eclectic friends and associates) will bond to Pleo too. So far, everyone I have introduced to Jaam Peeti is fascinated. You will be too. I have even created a Pleo Tv Channel (http://www.paxstereo.tv/artist_pages/pleo.htm) at Pax Stereo Tv. Take a look. Hey Robert, the question is how many you will buy? I am betting you have >10 in a month. Peace & Blessings.

Its impressive how much progress is being made when it comes to these toy dogs, animals etc. I guess its a good movement because I am waaaay to lazy to have a pet and have to worry about feeding it etc. :)
